7. Limitation of Liability
Dabbatrading.co is not liable for direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to financial or data loss resulting from Site usage. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a specific purpose or non-infringement.
8. Trading Restrictions
Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Unauthorized line trading (Chamki) and scalping: Engaging in such practices will result in account suspension.
- Quick Profit Removal: Profits earned within five minutes of a trade will be classified as jobbing or scalping and will be nullified.
- No VPN Usage: The use of Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) for trading activities is strictly forbidden, and any transactions conducted over a VPN will be void.
- Same IP Restrictions: Trading from multiple accounts using a single IP address is disallowed. Any resulting trades and profits may be canceled.
9. Banking and UPI Information
Ensure the use of the latest bank and UPI details provided by Dabbatrading.co for transactions. We are not responsible for losses caused by using outdated information.
10. Dividends and Bonuses
Dividend and bonus calculations will adhere to the rules and circulars of the respective exchanges.
11. Negative Balance Protection
We offer Negative Balance Protection to keep your account from going below zero. A 30% Margin Stop-out mechanism is in place to safeguard against negative balances.
12. Order Processing
All orders, including stop-loss orders, are executed based on the Bid/Ask price instead of the Last Traded Price (LTP).
13. Reporting Errors
Report any technical issues immediately. If you are unable to close a position due to a software glitch, inform our support team. Positions will be adjusted based on the Current Market Price (CMP).
14. Group Trading Limitations
Group trading is not permitted unless explicitly authorized in writing by Dabbatrading.co.
15. Payment Delays
Occasional payment delays may occur due to banking server issues. Allow additional time for completion in such cases.
16. Margin and Fund Responsibility
It is the user’s duty to maintain adequate margins and funds in their account to avoid unexpected losses or liquidations.
17. Account Lockout
For security purposes, inactive accounts for more than 7 days will be locked. Reach out to customer support for reactivation.
